State Executive Leadership
Provides the overall vision, policy direction, governance, institutional leadership, and statewide coordination of the IBOM PULSE Movement.
Honorary Council
Provides strategic counsel, credibility, mentorship, influence, and institutional support through distinguished leaders and respected statesmen.
Senatorial District Structure (3 Districts)
Coordinates and supervises the implementation of the movement's programmes across each senatorial district while aligning regional activities with the state strategy.
LGA Structure (31 LGAs)
Leads programme implementation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth within each Local Government Area.
Ward Structure (369 Wards)
coordinates ward-level activities, recruits members, and strengthens citizen participation at the grassroots.
Polling Unit Structure (4,353 Polling Units)
Provide Frontline Grassroot Leadership. It is the closest leadership level to the people and serves as the movement's foundation.
Student Structure
Develops young civic leaders, promotes democratic participation, leadership training, and campus engagement.
Institutional Structure
Builds strategic relationships with government institutions, civil servants, religious bodies, professional associations, educational institutions, labour unions, and development partners.
Community and Enterprise Structure
Mobilizes traders, artisans, transport unions, farmers, cooperatives, market associations, business owners, women groups, youth groups, cultural organizations, and community development associations.
