CRUSADERS HUB: Welcome to the Pulse Crusaders Movement

Ibom Pulse welcomes you to the Crusaders Hub, the frontline network of passionate citizens committed to grassroots engagement, civic participation, and community mobilization across Akwa Ibom State.

This platform is designed to recruit, train, and empower Pulse Crusaders who will serve as ambassadors of engagement in their wards, connecting citizens to participation and strengthening democratic inclusion.

PVC ACTIVATION: Reconnecting Citizens. Reactivating Voices.

The Ibom Pulse PVC Activation Drive is a statewide initiative targeting over 1.4 million inactive and disengaged voters across all 31 LGAs, 368 wards, and 4,500+ polling units.

Through structured door-to-door engagement, cluster mobilization, and ward-level outreach, Pulse Crusaders are reconnecting citizens back to civic participation and democratic awareness.

This is not just activation, it is reawakening participation across Akwa Ibom State.

Every PVC has a voice. Every voice must be heard.

PULSE TRACKER: Monitoring the Movement Across Akwa Ibom State.

The Pulse Tracker provides real-time updates on the progress of Ibom Pulse across all geopolitical zones of the state.

From Phase 1 activation (15 LGAs) to Phase 2 expansion (16 LGAs), the Tracker monitors:

1. Ward-level engagement progress

2. LGA activation performance

3. Senatorial district coverage

4. Federal and state constituency reach.

This is the heartbeat of the movement, measuring impact, tracking growth, and ensuring accountability.

If it is not measured, it is not movement.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Building Bridges. Strengthening Partnerships.

Ibom Pulse actively engages stakeholders across government, traditional institutions, youth groups, women organizations, civil society, and private sector partners.

Through dialogue sessions, strategic meetings, and community forums, the movement builds trust and collaboration to strengthen grassroots development and civic participation.
