At a time when voter registration continues to increase while electoral participation remains significantly low, IBOM PULSE was created to bridge the gap between registration and participation, transforming passive citizens into active contributors to governance and development.

IBOM PULSE was founded by IPLEMEDI after extensive research revealed a troubling reality: while voter registration has grown, actual participation remains critically low.
